Right of Withdrawal
An online inquiry, quote request, or appointment booking submitted through our website does not automatically constitute a sales contract.
If the buyer has paid a deposit or reservation fee online, the terms of withdrawal shall in all cases be governed by the individually concluded written agreement.
The buyer is entitled to submit their intention to withdraw in writing via one of the following channels:
- By email
- Through the contact form
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Vehicles that have been personally inspected and test-driven,
- Vehicles ordered based on a custom configuration,
- Vehicles for which a sales contract has already been signed.
In all cases, we strive to handle matters fairly and flexibly, keeping customer satisfaction as our top priority.
